Make the next issue the right one.
This prototype gives LifeWork’s education team a shared way to rank platform problems by learner impact, service disruption, privacy risk, and estimated revenue exposure.
THE PROBLEM
Limited time needs a clear order
The project statement identifies approximately 10 major platform issues competing for limited development resources. Without a consistent ranking method, a smaller inconvenience could receive attention while a course outage or privacy issue waits.
The project estimates a possible 10–15% effect on user satisfaction and revenue. That range is a planning assumption, not a measured LifeWork result.
THE APPROACH
Assess, assign, and review
Each reported issue receives impact ratings, an owner, a target date, and a status. The open queue places the highest-priority issues first. Resolved issues leave that queue but remain in the data display for review.
For a small education program with fewer than 1,000 learners, the included scenarios illustrate how even a limited number of incidents can affect course completion and revenue. Figures in the sample records are fictional.
